MH Services & Training was established as a
leading-edge service provider, challenging habits and attitudes to help you and your team achieve pro-active and mentally healthier behaviours, such as greater confidence when help-seeking is needed.
To achieve this our clinicians focus on training programs, improved literacy and skills about mental health, and providing employee and leadership supports, such as critical-incident responses, or assisting in the design and promotion of mental health for all in accordance with WH&S guidelines and Codes of Conduct.

Leigh Fraser-Gray
Founder, Clinical Lead
Leigh brings 26+ years of Clinical Humanities experience to the organisational mental health space. Leigh can train, advise, coach leadership and staff with aims of developing pro-active, confident, and mentally safe workplaces.
Steven McCormack
Director of Business Services
Steve has worked in service businesses and government agencies for over 20 years, including 12 years in Asia. As our Director of Business Services, Steve focusses on harnessing our diverse energies, and developing our service offerings so as to satisfy client needs. In his spare time he likes sailing, and making gourmet sandwiches.
Nicole (Nix) Gross
Mental Health First Aid Instructor
Nix is a proud Quandamooka Nunukal nugi woman serving her community in a number of roles, including a lifetime of professional art and music performance, and work in public health as a registered nurse since 2005, supporting mental health patients across hospital and community settings.
Serene
Information Systems Manager
Serene is a Software and Economics student at UQ, and provides endless back-end technical support, including business process development and tools for MHS&T.
Lucy
Assistant Practice Manager
Nothing daunts Lucy. Sporting both an Asia Pacific-based working background and with over 20 years in Education, Lucy supports MHS&T clinical staff to do what they do best with ease, professionalism and dollops of problem solving along the way.
